Information for Club Managers

International Club Network is designed to enhance the benefits that private clubs offer their members with the goal of increasing member retention, building loyalty and helping to acquire new members.  ICN allows private clubs to provide their members with the opportunity to visit high quality private clubs of all types when they travel.  It augments the club’s existing reciprocal relationships without cost or administrative burden to the club.

The strength of the International Club Network is based on the quality and diversity of the private clubs that have affiliated with us.  The ICN program is not for every club but if you answer yes to any of the following, please give us a call to find out if working with ICN can make a difference to your club operations.

• Would you like to find a tool that has significant cache to enhance your membership marketing, all at a very compelling price?
• Is your club experiencing membership erosion or is your membership’s demographic profile telling you erosion is likely to happen in the near future?
• Have your members expressed a desire to access other private clubs but it is difficult for you to accommodate these requests?  Possibly this is because:

o       You are not prepared to reciprocate with the clubs that your members are asking to visit – remember that favor begets favor.

o       While your relationships are strong, they tend to be concentrated with clubs of the same type as yours – golf, city, yacht, etc., but your golf member wants to visit a private city club.

• Would you like to avoid the costs associated with handling reciprocal charges generated by visiting members at your club or by your own members hosted at another club?
• Are you worried that entering into reciprocal arrangements will result in too much traffic at your facility because yours is the better club or that the traffic will yield no additional revenue?

ICN has been organized to protect the privacy and character of its affiliated clubs and accommodate the special needs that these clubs may have.  ICN’s affiliated clubs retain total control of their guest policies.  In addition to the existing benefits ICN provides, we are continuing to look for innovative ways to assist our partner clubs in building member loyalty and welcome suggestions and dialogue from our member clubs.
